hello, welcome to my blog (and my first post). idk if i will be posting frequently since im mostly active on discord.
but im probably gonna take the time and maybe talk about what i am currently focusing at since this is my blog.
so... i am currently taking the time to research the gt-s5620 phone, i am planning to get a uart to usb to try to debug the phone to maybe be able to make stuff like patches so i can learn more, i have found a datasheet for building the cable in question in sgh.ru (now oldph.one), but i dont know how its supposed to turn out so im gonna go the other route and build it by soldering uart cables.
also someone on romphonix found jtag pins on the s5620, but i dont have a box but i think the uart to usb im planning to get will be a alternative to boxes.
i have found a way to execute AT commands on the phone by activating options in the internal menu [*#7092463*#] yes i memorized the code
you can use putty to execute them but i am using wincomm, and maybe i will try to make my own tool with python.
all of that aside, for some reason i couldnt get the commands to function in later FWs. but in a firmware i found that apparently is a early firmware (according to my former friend), but im probably doing something wrong.
anyways thats all i have to say for now, maybe later on ill update this blog once in awhile, cya for now :D
